Our services

We provide TR19 kitchen extract, canopy, duct, filter, and fan cleaning for restaurants, hotels, takeaways, and holiday parks. Scope, timing, and quotation are agreed with you before work starts.

Kitchen extract surveys and cleaning visits

Kitchen extract surveys and cleaning visits are by appointment. Provide accurate contact details and reasonable access to the kitchen and extract plant at the agreed time.

If you need to reschedule, give as much notice as possible so we can adjust the programme.

Quotations and payment

Extract cleaning projects are quoted individually based on system size, access, grease loading, and scope. We confirm quotation, payment terms, and any variations before work starts.

Payment terms are agreed with you in writing before cleaning.

Access and safety

You are responsible for safe access on site and for disclosing hazards in advance. We may pause or decline work where conditions are unsafe.

Liability

We take care on every clean and maintain appropriate insurance. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control.
